Pensioners Day

As part of our efforts to recognize the contributions made by our pensioners in the development of Dominica, the DSS reintroduced its Pensioners Day in 2006.

The event was attended by hundreds of pensioners who were entertained by staff and other professional artists following which they were provided with refreshments.

The activity also provided retirees with the opportunity to interact with many of their friends and colleagues whom they had not seen for many years.
